Rocky Mountain Wedding Video with Aerial Drone views!
Matt and Michelle met each other when they were 15 years old. What a joy to capture how strong their love is even to this day. In their wedding video, they tell their story of how they first met and you can see their commitment and love even all these years.
I was particularly thrilled to be capture them above with my drone! Having a drone really does provide such a unique view--not only of my clients but also of the beautiful land of Colorado.
When I first used my drone, I was shaking from anticipation and excitement! Colorado is way too beautiful to capture without this point of view! But there is a joke among videographers: there are only two kinds of videographers with drones: those who have crashed it and those who will. Oh dear! I hope this doesn't happen to me anytime soon!
But I am an actual licensed drone pilot, which you would think would help with the whole crashing thing. And I got to tell you I worked hard for this title! Haha. That exam is unreal with a lot of very difficult questions. I studied for weeks and was in tears when I passed. But when I flew over Granby Lake for the first time, I was beaming! And my clients too! What it can add to their wedding video!
So if you are an adventurous bride and groom, looking for some unique aerial perspectives of your special day, shoot me an email!
This particular ceremony took place in Sedalia Colorado. Sedalia is so beautiful and is like “going to the mountains” without the 2-4 hour drive. I have filmed here many times and am always impressed with how gorgeous it is. Their amazing photographer, Rayna Mason, specializes in rocky mountain elopements.
